Frittata – 3 Eggs, 1/2 Onion, 1/2C Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil
Bacon – 2 Slices

*So many mental games that you go through to try and pass the time on this. About 30mins into the row my left hamstring started to talk to me. Product of my back being a little tender on the left side. Rowed in my weightlifting shoes. Surprised at how well I was able to keep a consistent pace the whole time. Never saw a number higher than 2:01/500m and never for very long. Took one sip of water at minute 40.

3:00pm – PWO – 30g CHO from Coconut Water + balance meal from Turkey/Cole Slaw/Eggplant Puree
