FBB Exercise Selection: Equipment and Substitutions

Assortment of boxes (or stacked plates), around 6-12″

Barbell and plates

Landmine attachment (or place a barbell between two plates on the floor)

Incline bench

Assortment of dumbbells and kettlebells

Rings, low and high (can substitute hanging from bar for hanging from rings)

Jump stretch band, light tension

Mini band, light to medium tension

Matador/dip attachment or place to do bar dips

Pull-up bar; rig

Rope (can substitute towel hung over pull-up bar)

T-Bar attachment (can substitute towel or ring straps looped around a barbell)
