Headed to AZ

Tomorrow I’m packing up my bags for what looks to be an epic week of training in Arizona with my good buddy Danny and coach James. I should also mention that there is going to a be a whole bunch of other great athletes hanging around for the week just looking to get into some fun training and testing. So I should have some great stories to share as the week progresses. But I’ve been getting behind with posting my training results so here at the highlights from the last several days.

A. Build to a tough single squat snatch (not a 1rm) – build fast
135, 185, 205, 225, 245, *255 (felt very solid, best snatch ever but not everything I had)
