Warmup: Isometric to Begin

A1. Front Leaning Rest on Rings 45sec; rest 30sec x 3 sets
A2. Sorenson 30sec; rest 30sec x 3 sets
A3. Dual Kettlebell Rack Hold; rest 90sec x 3 sets

*I love static holds during warm up. Isometric control is one of the most fundamental motor control tasks we teach. They are great precursors to dynamic contractions that may be coming in your workout later. So use these three holds to train three totally different areas of the body and accomplish the same goal of prepping for training.

Complex: Massive Muscular Endurance

This is a shoulder and chest functional pump like few others to build a massive amount of muscle endurance.
