He ran marathons into his forties, and needs a program that cares for his worn-out knees. After having kids, she wants an outlet of her own that will help her feel stronger than ever. A family wants to get fit together, with a mix of abilities and goals. All of these clients have a place at Revival Strength.
Instead of a gym where it’s up to you to figure out what to do when you walk through the door, or a group class where one size does not fit all, everyone at Revival Strength gets a fully customized program along with a caring coach to support your goals. We take the time to learn about what makes you tick, and do a careful assessment to understand how your body moves and what it needs next. Then we design a program specifically for you that you can do on your schedule, alongside others in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
What does this mean for you?
Individual Design at Revival Strength means a client-coach experience like no other. @xfitjimmy has been an ID client of our own head coach @shannalynnguzman for over a year now. His Tuesday program has him refining his Cleans and Toes to bar, amongst other things. He continues the journey of learning new things, and pursing balanced health and fitness into his 50’s! #revivalofthefittest #individualdesign #onecoachoneclient
We value the long term relationships we build with clients as it allows us to serve you better over time as we get to know your needs. Therefore, the above rates require a 12 month commitment and will be assessed a cancellation fee for early termination of the agreement. A 6 month contract is also available for an additional $30/month.
You will receive your own unique program. No two client programs are alike. While we may use similar workouts and assessment methods, the roadmap to improving your health and fitness is unique to you. Programs depend on your abilities, lifestyle, and personal preferences. We can design a wide range of plans depending on your needs–from the athlete that wants to train for 1 hour, 2-3 days per week, to the athlete that wants to train multiple times a day, 5-6 days per week. The key is that you and your coach continue to see progress and improvement. The training intensity and frequency will always need to match your lifestyle and personal goals.
If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact us. We can then move forward in scheduling a consultation with one of our coaches. We are thrilled to welcome you to the family.
I’m seeing improvement in different areas of fitness, strength, skills and mentally as well. My workouts have been incredibly consistent with many fewer “bad” days than before. Having a coach that I trust has allowed me to really focus on my training and learn a great deal about myself while someone else guides me on my journey.
My gluteus Maximus bro! Those yoke lunges got me yesterday! As we come into the last week of my phase I want to thank you again for all of your hard work for my programming. It has truly made a difference in my performance and you have also helped me excel in my business practices as well.
I don’t believe anyone can reach their fullest potential without the guidance of a coach who understands who you are and what you want. To truly maximize performance we all need another set of eyes and an objective expert who can make decisions in the absence of hesitation and fear. Working with the right coach is an express ticket to learning more about yourself, your sport and life. There is no substitute for finding the right coach.
I used to spend a lot of time stressing about my workouts, what I should be focusing on, how to attack my weaknesses, what weights I should be using, how hard I should be pushing, etc...It has drastically changed the way I train. My job now is to show up every day, give everything I have, recover and come back the next day.
