Get the Support of a Personal Trainer With the Fun of a Group Class

With onsite coaching at Revival Strength, you’ll work one on one with your coach to get a fully customized training and nutrition program, so you’ll know exactly what to do every time you walk in the door, and how to eat and stay healthy when you walk out. Come in any time during open hours to train with a group of supportive, like-minded people doing the same, and a floor coach will guide you, encourage you, and keep you safe.

Your coach will regularly review your workout results and answer questions, and after our thorough assessment process covering fitness, nutrition, and more, you will meet with your coach every month to make sure your program fits your goals and lifestyle. New job, new baby, new schedule? Do you travel for work but want to stay consistent? Your program changes as you do and accommodates your needs to support your health and well-being.

How We’re Different

Unlike a group class, Revival Strength clients train alongside each other, with each client following their own custom-designed program so the workout meets their individual needs.

 

Unlike personal training, you can work out any time during open hours, while still receiving one-on-one attention from the floor coach as well as communicating regularly with your individual coach via Fitbot (online workout portal) and one on one consultations.

 

Revival Strength coaching is results-oriented, using regular assessments and ongoing communication to make sure your training and nutrition program always works for you, your lifestyle, and your goals.

How it Works

 

Step One – Getting to Know You

Come in for a free consultation where we’ll get to know you and what you would love the picture of your health and fitness to look like. This conversation will include:

  • Your goals, motivations, and what will keep you loving your training for years to come.
  • Your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and stress habits: we want to understand these fully, because fitness doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We’ll also cover any past injuries or current limitations.
  • Expectations of you and your coach to set a foundation of trust and open communication.
  • All your questions will be answered – we are here to support you.

Step Two – How You Move

To design a program that works for your body, we work with you one on one over 3 sessions to carefully assess your movement patterns. Clients find this a highly educational and beneficial part of the process, and our coaches also enjoy getting to know you during this in-depth experience. We will look at:

  • Movement quality in a variety of positions to make sure all exercises in your program will be safe for your body
  • Imbalances from side to side that might factor into your training
  • Baseline conditioning level so the work in your program will be the right intensity level for you
  • Strength in a number of different planes such as bend, push, pull, and more to uncover areas for growth

Step Three – Your Training and Ongoing Support

  • Your coach will provide your weekly program via Fitbot, which will have all your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results and write down notes or questions – you’ll always know exactly what to do.
  • You’ll come to our friendly gym in San Rafael to work out on your schedule, and a coach will be here to answer your questions and support you – no need to show up at a specific time.
  • Your primary coach will also review your weekly results and adjust your program accordingly – your program evolves with you.
  • Every month, you’ll have a 30 minute consultation with your primary coach to review progress, look at food journals, assess goals, and discuss ongoing expectations.
  • You’ll also get nutritional guidance based on your goals, and a 10% discount on all Revive-Rx supplements and merchandise.

We value the long term relationships we build with clients as it allows us to serve you better over time as we get to know your needs. Therefore, the above rates require a 12 month commitment and will be assessed a cancellation fee for early termination of the agreement. A 6 month contract is also available for an additional $30/month.

 

You will receive your own unique program. No two client programs are alike. While we may use similar workouts and assessment methods, the roadmap to improving your health and fitness is unique to you. Programs depend on your abilities, lifestyle, and personal preferences. We can design a wide range of plans depending on your needs–from the athlete that wants to train for 1 hour, 2-3 days per week, to the athlete that wants to train multiple times a day, 5-6 days per week. The key is that you and your coach continue to see progress and improvement. The training intensity and frequency will always need to match your lifestyle and personal goals.
