Individual Design – Remote

A Partner For Your Path, Worldwide

If you’re ready for results that are anything but random, it’s time for a program designed exactly for your needs. Based on the principles of our onsite program, remote online coaching will help you reach your goals faster and enjoy your training more with a coach to support you one on one.

Every athlete is unique, so we take the time to get to know you and uncover your personal “why” – this is what gets you into the gym day to day and year to year, even if it changes over time. We work together to craft a program that motivates you, challenges you, pushes you when you need it, and supports you in periods of rest.

With individual remote coaching, you will:

  • Take the uncertainty out of your programming by knowing exactly where you’re headed and what to do next
  • Be held accountable by your coach, who will also motivate you and support your path
  • Get nutritional guidance for your body and needs
  • Have eyes on your weekly results and regularly review your programming so it evolves with your achievements
  • Enjoy an engaging, challenging program created just for you!

How it Works

Step One – Getting to Know You

  • We start with a free consultation to learn about your background and set a foundation of trust, honesty, and authenticity for the coaching relationship
  • What are your goals, motivations, and deep driving forces? This conversation uncovers what will keep you loving your training for years to come.
  • Your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and stress habits: we want to understand these fully, because training doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We’ll also cover any past injuries or current limitations.
  • We’ll talk about expectations of you and your coach, and map out what your future fitness journey could look like.
  • All your questions will be answered – we are here to support you.

Step Two – Learning About Your Movement

  • Remote clients will be put through an assessment period for 1-3 weeks to learn about your unique movement patterns, your strengths, and what you can improve.
  • Clients find this a highly educational and beneficial part of the process, and our coaches also enjoy getting to know you during this in-depth experience.
  • We’ll gather the data that goes into creating a fully customized program just for you, and your coach will be available for any questions that come up.

Step Three – Your Training and Ongoing Support

  • Your coach will provide your weekly program via Fitbot, which will have all your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results and write down notes or questions – you’ll always know exactly what to do.
  • Your coach will also review your weekly results and videos and adjust your program accordingly – your program evolves with you.
  • Every month, you’ll have a 30 minute consultation with your coach via Zoom (video conference) to review progress and videos, look at food journals, assess goals, and discuss ongoing expectations.
  • You’ll also get nutritional guidance based on your goals, a 10% discount on all Revive-Rx supplements and merchandise, and one day pass per month if you’d like to visit Revival Strength in San Rafael, CA.

We value the long term relationships we build with clients as it allows us to serve you better over time as we get to know your needs. Therefore, the above rates require a 12 month commitment and will be assessed a cancellation fee for early termination of the agreement. A 6 month contract is also available for an additional $30/month.

You will receive your own unique program. No two client programs are alike. While we may use similar workouts and assessment methods, the roadmap to improving your health and fitness is unique to you. Programs depend on your abilities, lifestyle, and personal preferences. We can design a wide range of plans depending on your needs–from the athlete that wants to train for 1 hour, 2-3 days per week, to the athlete that wants to train multiple times a day, 5-6 days per week. The key is that you and your coach continue to see progress and improvement. The training intensity and frequency will always need to match your lifestyle and personal goals.

If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact us. We can then move forward in scheduling a consultation with one of our coaches.  We are thrilled to welcome you to the family.

Ready to love your training?
